Kids Looking for the command to send a msg. arcoss the network?
Looking for the command to send a msg. arcoss the network? I know I can go to the DOS prompt and input a comand to send a msg. I can also use the "*" to send it to everyone but I forgot it

I think that you are looking for the, net send command.

NET SEND {name | * | /DOMAIN[:name] | /USERS} message

that is for use on a windows network and only NT,2k,XP, and 2k3 will receive the messages.
