what software to use to backup my daily work ??

Is there a software that I can use to backup my all of my files from 7 different computer and put into 1 computer...?? That one computer I was thinking to use it as a FTP server, so that I can get any file from the 7 computers from HOME when it's backed up.

P.S. if that's not possible...Then is there a software that can backup automatically or schedule time of the day ??

Thre are so much possibilities to do that.
Why dont u map a drive or a directory from your server in every workstation ? And if u need a safety backup, u may schedule a backup to a tape streamer or another phisical drive.
What is (are) your OS(s) ?

ok..stupid question ...how do map a drive....using DOS command ??....I am running Win2k and XP....

P.S. I've searched around and found alot of softwares that backups data and stuff like that...are those software trustworthy ??

I use Retrospect. Its good . Also used BackUpMyPC. Excelelnt too. Depends what exactly what you are trying to do.

you can do what you want with dos batch files, including making a temporary map to the comp while its backing up etc.....but I dont know how, lol. You need to talk to Meese or Davidamarkley..they are the batch pros.
