Major email problems !!!

Ok so the other day our adressbook just stops working. When I try to open the adress book I get " Unable to open the adress book. The adress book may not be installed properly" And when I try to open emails they won't open in a new screen but you can still read them in the bottom panel. Until I get this fixed I can't send emails and mom is going to need it by tomorrow. Can anyone help me?

First, make sure your virus definitions are up to date, then run a full virus scan.

Second, Run Spybot Search and Destroy to look for any "unwanted" programs on your PC.

Third, do the same thing with Ad-Aware.

Fourth, do a full Error Check and Repair on your hard drive -- make sure there are no bad sectors.

If you do all of that, and you still have a problem, try re-installing or repairing your e-mail program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Eudora, whatever).
