Site REdirection... EXPLORER CLoses.. Spyware? or NO?

whenever i go to this site
www.tdsb.on.ca it closes down my explorer automatically!!

this is not good since i need to go to this site for educational purposes....

When it closes down it doesnt have an illegal operation dialouge or anythign. it just closes down the explorer window once i go into the site.. is it me or is it just that site??

Im thinking maybe some sort of spyware could have faulty redirection schemes and just screw up with that site...

What should i do?

I would download Spybot Search and Destroy from download.com and Ad-Aware from Lavasoft.com. These will clean out a lot of spyware and adware and possibly solver your problem.
