I found some good deals for tomorrow and hopefully I will be able to get them.

Is this sufficient enough for about a 16man server along with a webserver that is hosting forums and PHPNuke?

Intel P4 2.5ghz
ECS Mobo (Both mobo and CPU come in combo for 139.99)
60gb Maxtor 8mb cache 7200rpm
256mb Kingston (not sure of speed)
GeForce FX5200 (This is in my current gaming comp but hopefully I will be able to get a 9800 at Fry's tomorrow for 200 plus HL2)
350 or 420 watt (Depends what one I will use in my gaming comp)
Cheap CDROM

OS-?? My Dad might want to make this into downstairs media center/ server so either Windows XP or what flavor of Linux?

Anything I'm forgetting?

Maybe bump the ram to 512

I currently have 512mb pc3200 and 2x 256 pc2xxx, so once I upgrade my gaming comp, I will relocate that 256 ram to my server.
