Is this legit? AIM message

I got this instant message this morning:

AOL System Msg: Your screen name (******) is now signed into AOL(R) Instant Messenger (TM) in 2 locations. Click here for more information.

The "here" has a link to this page:
http://www.aim.com/password/routing.adp

I don't know what to make of this. I'm wary of any messages I get from supposed "AOL" staff or administrators, but the link refers to AIM's real website.

Well, either you have AIM logged in twice, or someone is using your AIM account somewhere else. Or maybe it was just an error.

Well, if you click the link this is what comes up:

The instant message you received was sent to notify you that your screen name is currently signed into the AOL Instant Messaging Network more than once. This can occur if you log onto AIM and AOL on the same PC. This message is sent to help you manage your instant messaging sessions across PC-based and wireless clients.
When you are signed in more than once, messages sent to you will be delivered to all locations. You can control which locations will receive messages by setting your Away Message.

When signed into multiple locations:

Your messages will generally be delivered to all locations not set as Away (or locations that have gone Idle).

If all locations are set Away, then messages will be delivered to all locations.
Please note, that you will only receive these notifications from the screen name AOL System Msg.

AOL will never ask you for your password via Instant Message.

Hardly sounds like scam or whatnot. Probably an error

Seems harmless enough. If someone is using your name and password somewhere else (and it isn't you) then this would be a warning to you that your account has been "borrowed".

Thank them for caring...

Thanks. I've gotten waaay too many "phish" IMs back when I had AOL, so I was worried a bit about this message.

I didn't sign on with two different computers, though... I think it may be time to change my password.

The thing is, I didn't sign on anywhere else, but I think AIM might be having errors. A couple of other people I know got the same message.
