Nvidia setup error for driver 45.23 Help!

hey guys, Im having a really tough time here, so Im hoping someone could lend me a hand.

My father and I are trying to Install a PNY Nvidia 5700 Ultra V-card correctly. We managed to revert it out of PCi mode into AGP on a new Mobo installation.

The Issue at hand is, we keep running into a setup Error when trying to install the newest driver from Nvidia 45.23 for Win95/98/ME.

Im unable to get a screen shot, but this is what we are getting

* NVIDIA SETUP ERROR *

"setup was unable to locate
a detected device's PCi ID in
NvAGP.inf"
the Installation will be
Terminated"

O.K.

What in gods name is Happening here? We have reloaded the Drivers numerous times, pulled the Card and reinserted it. No matter what we do, it seems to keep appearing halfway through the Installation process. Is there a fix?

try detonator destroyer (or similar) to remove all traces of the previous driver (assuming you were a previous nvidia card owner) then retry driver installation.

and have you tried it on another system?

Actually, this is fresh build. We purchased a new mobo at fry's, and Had the hardware installed a CompUSa. This is the first V-card for this Mobo. We tryed to remove the Nvida drivers, but this is easier said then done. Where can we get the "Detonator destroyer" from?
What is PCi ID? Is this In Bios? Can we have turned something off? this is frastrating!!!

List the rest of the system spec and we can begin to check out what it could be.

Well, the Detonator destoyer did not work! It replyed with "can't find Uninstallstring". What does this mean?

What is a "PCi ID" and how can I get the new drivers into my computer.
No matter what we do, it is unable to locate PCi ID in NVagp.inf file.

Is there anyone who has run into this Issue here on TechImO, or somewhere else on the Internet?

This has me short of just scraping the Whole Operating System and trying a who new fresh install, but again, Im unsure how to perform this action.

Does this mean you enabled AGP in setup?
