Automatic Keystrokes

I'm looking for a program that can execute a keystroke on a timer.
For Example I want to have the 8 key pressed every 20 seconds
for 2hrs. Is there a small Application that can do this for me?

Any Help on solving this would be greatly appriciated

I don't have an answer but am REALLY curious as to why you woul want to do this?
