Overclocking an ATI Radeon 9600 Pro

Greetings!!

I've been snooping around trying to learn of the best way to overclock this card, and I need some guidance on a few things. Is powerstrip the best tool to use to crank up performance? If it's not, what is the best thing to use? I also saw that the clock combo poopeyhed gave in his review was 400/600, but mine only shows 400/300. He said that he doubled the ram speed, but I'm not sure how to do that, or even if that makes any difference. Thanks for any help!!

The RAM runs at DDR rate, so it's 300*2=600. Yours is correct, don't worry.

I use Radclocker. It puts a tab in your ATi control panel so you can adjust speed with a slider. Couldn't be easier.
