having major problem with way slow boot and load times
i have no idea what the problem is so i am posting it here . one of my systems is having major problem with way slow boot up times . when i say way slow i me like hours to boot to desktop . when i try to open a browser is take like 30min or more for it to finaly open . once it opens it runs ok . anytime i try to open any program it take forever to open .

i have no idea what is causeingf the problem . not sure if it is a virus or anything like that . i am just plain stumped .
Ok, One of my friends system was acting very sluggish, I mean it would take 10 minutes to finally open up IE explorer and such. Finally, we were just messing around in Safe Mode and unistalled ZoneAlarm and it worked fine.
