Okay...This happend yesterday... I booted up and I noticed my desktop Icons were all screwed up. 4 of them were messed while the rest were fine. I refreshed the desktop and they still were gross. Then I rebooted after playing a game for a couple of hours.
More Icons were messed! ARgh. I rebooted again and then they were fine! What the heck is going on? Video card problems?

The ShellIconCache sounds like it's messed up. TweakUI has a Repair Icons feature that would delete the hidden/system file from the \WINDOWS directory. You can try manually deleting it and rebooting or use TweakUI to see if it fixes it.
