Freedom Fighter Question, Please Help

Hello,

I just got Feedom Fighters and I'm stuck on the first mission already. I'm followwing the guy aorund and we get to the bottom of the first building, it's kind of a tutorial. He tells me to pick up the First Aid kit and tells me what it does. I pick it up and he keeps repeating what he already told about the First Aid kit. I can't get passed this part and I could use some help. I finally had enough and tried to shoot him in frustration, but it didn't work either. Thanks for any help.

dont pick up the first aid kit, if you dont need it, just fallow the guy and beat him up.

pick up the health and use it.. at that part it was scripted that u take damage.. so u could heal yourself.. he wont let you go till u use up a health pack to heal yourself..
