sonic stage windows xp errors

hi there

I have windows xp and I can install sonic stage but whenever I open it problems arise and windows xp says that there are errors and it closes the program before I can even open it. I hope somebody out there has had a similiar problem but knows a way around it? thanks

sonic stage

Installing sonic stage doesn't work properly in xp. I had similar problems.

You can install it by finding the exe you need deep inside the sonic stage CD. That allows you to install the software.

Sonic stage doesn't open with errors anymore but that makes little difference as it has trouble copying MP3's to my NetMD.

hey bob

didn't know you were a member here well anyway thanks for the advice. That day I tried that just as you mentioned and after much talk to support people on the phone i had installed to much plug-ins and patch and update exe I realised I should just try it on the basic installation and it worked (hurray!!!). So found out to use and it worked first time with a slight hitchup, but you get that with most programs!
