I have decided either to upgrade my old pc or build a new one, but i dont know what to do. my old pc is a p3 733, 128 ram, 16 mb ati graphics card, and a 20 gig hard drive.

If i do build a new one it will be less then 500 dollars. and amd processor

Really depends Stan on what you want to upgrade to, and whether or not you are going to reuse any of your current hardware.

Even if you don't reuse any of your current hardware, you should be able to build a unit for under $500.....but again, that depends on what you want to include in that build.

What did you have in mind??
