Internet Explorer Refresh.

I'm using Lotus Inotes thru IE. The system is set to expire in a certain period time if there's no activity. It gets pretty annoying, so I'm wondering is there a way to make I.E. refreshes itself (same as press F5) automatically at my appointed time. Like refresh every hour?

Can't you just turn that feature off?

No, that's a system-wide feature (for security purpose) and the decision is not up to me.
