Mozilla - Download multiple POP3 accounts to same inbox?

Hello. Just started using the newest Mozilla. Is there a way that I can just have all the e-mail download to the same set of folders? It's annoying that my two accounts want totally separate folder setups (in addition to the one I imported). I can set sent messages and Junk to go to the Local Folders, but downloaded mail goes straight to the respective folders. Can't seem to find an option to fix it otherwise. Please help! Thanks.
