"OOPS" and an xp 1500

i m reinstalling an xp 1500 for a third time. i attempted to clean off the cpu and h.s. with some rubbing alcohol. it made a huge mess on the processor.

so i started digging around in our"household cleaner" area by the kitchen sink, and came up with a can of something called:

" OOPS " multipurpose cleaner.

its made by a company called homax.

worked like a charm

it cleaned up all the arctic thermal grease that i had smeared all over and left no detectable residue.

3 bucks a pint can at wallyworld. watchout for the fumes, tho.

rubbing alchole is hi in water, dry gas works much better
