FSB Problem

I have a problem running my newly built system listed below; all parts are brand new and have the latest drivers.
The latest BIOS is installed. A clean install of windows is the only software installed.
It runs ok @ FSB 100, a bit unpredictable @ FSB 133 and not at all @ FSB 166
Have checked the ram with a memory checker and all is fine. Bios is set at Default setting after updating.

Have been at this for over a week can any one point me in the right direction to a possible fix?

your setting should be 166 fsb and 11.5 multiplier make sure you have the cpu core voltages et right {1.65 i think} and the multiplier is right other than that you need to describe the problems that are occuring no boot no post ect?
