I would like to know how to make this pic in photoshop:



Ive never used photo shop before and ive been bored lately....... I already got the pic, now i just need to figure out how to fill it up with water.

Anyone got any info?

Sure. You load that standard clouds and green grass Microsoft background image into Photoshop. You then run the Flaming Pear - Flood filter to get the water effect. You're done.

You could also create the effect manually, without the Flood filter, but considering you've never used PS before, it might be kinda tricky.
