Bizarre computer help question

I have a problem, I made this mix cd for a buddy and had the folder "Mix CD" on the desktop. I moved it, but the songs were already in a playlist. The I dleeted the songs and the folder and the list (I think), anywaysevery so often the folder "Mix CD" shows back up on the desktop? I delete it... and it happens agin, later.

Also with a folder I moved (copied) to my personal folder, then later deleted... keeps showing up. Empty.

Both the folders are empty, mind you.

Any help?

Ghost in the machine

I really don't know, but I've heard of something similar, I'll see if I can find it

If you ripped/downloaded the songs directly into that folder from whatever program you used, and then used that program again later - it will recreate that folder.

Kazaa will do that, for starters.
