Is this look good? This is my first time i use memtest for my RAM

Not good!

You should get no errors in memtest... errors indicate faulty ram. If you are running this test at an overclocked bus speed, your ram is not capable of handling the speed you are at... back off speed (or increase vdimm, if you want to overclock) and re-run memtest to verify ram can handle the desired bus speed.

I agree. No errors!! none, period. Any error in RAM will give you plenty of grief in running applications. Never run a memory test at speeds other than what the chip and ram were designed for. If the system ram passes muster at stock speeds, and you will overclock..then run memtest again at the overclocked speeds..if the test fails at the clocked speeds, it is 1) faulty ram or 2) the speed is above what the ram will do.
