CPU Fan Help

I currently have the AeroCool Hercules that I bought at Fry's this summer and my processor temp is ~43 C when just surfing the net. I'm looking for a new and cooler fan, also another problem may be I'm not blowing much cool air in, well none at all. Should I get the CNPS 7000 AlCu made by Zalman? Would this be better than my current one? Also, I have two case fans, an exhaust my above the PCI slots and a blowhole. Should I make the blowhole blowing in? The CNPS7000AlCu is 30.99 at SVC is this good? It is 34.99 at Outpost.com but I could possibly pick it up at the Fry's near my city. Do you know is SVC has free shipping like Newegg? Newegg has then fan for 35.99 and 5 shipping

43C is not awful. What are your system temps? How clean is the inside of your case as far as cable routing goes?

Mobo is 35C and Processor is 43C just surfing on the net but no intense gaming. The reason why I want a better fan is because I plan to overclock. Is 7000A Cu or AlCu better? The Cu is about 10 bucks more.

a few good links on cooling...

Do NOT set your top blowhole to blow into case...bad airflow will result... I think the HSF you have is more than adequate for most CPU's.... I think you may get better results from adding a blowhole on side of case directly over the HSF... blowing cool air into the HSF, directly from outside.
what CPU is it on? What heatsink compound did you use to affix it?
If you want a good HSF for overclocking then I would look at the SLK line of heatsinks are amazing...
heres an option for looks...
HeatSink... or one of the other models.

this is similar to my setup and looks like my Avatar.

System temps are your biggest problem. With a single 120mm case fan, my system sits around 28-29C at idle and full load. That is with an ambient temp of 24C. Dropping that case temp 6 degrees will lower that proc temp accordingly. You are not going to get much better than an 8C differential between your proc and case temps.

All the fans in the world won't do a lick of good. CLEAN airflow is the key. You want air to move in a nice pattern through that case. That means fans aiming the air in the same general direction, and having somewhere for it to flow.

see the attached pic to see what I mean.

I think Airflow is my biggest problem because I never get cool air in! Let me draw a picture real quick. I may get another case that has more fans so I can adjust the air flow.

Bascially I have no air blowing in except for hot air from my power supply. Each red arrow represents hot air blowing out from a fan and the purple is the cpu/hsf. What case fan should I make blw in?

1 fan blowing in at the bottom front, one fan blowing out at the top rear. That is all you should need.

You can add all the fans you want and you'll be moving air all over the place. But moving air isn't important. Air flow is important.

Ok, I have all round cables except for a flat grey cable that goes from my Audigy 2 to drive thingy. Look at my picture now, should I reverse the fan I circled with blue? That is in the back middle above pci slots

I think I see your problem...lol
first of all you have NO intake air.... the fan above your HSF from bottom of Power supply is sucking air from case through PSU and out the back through the back fan of PSU...
You need a min of a front air intake fan....and preferably an intake fan on side of case over the HSF.
It should look more like
THIS

Even that heatsink without a fan can do better than on with a fan?
