disable onboard vga

I have a new compaq presario s5400nx i have no idea what the motherboard is. i think it's a p4sd-la, but i can't find that model anywhere. anyway, here is my problem. I installed a new video card. (radeon9200) but in the i have resorse confilctions because of the onboard vga chipset. i can not figure out how to disable it. i need help.

Although I don't have the exact BIOS settings for your motherboard, I believe you can disable the Onboard video option by:

Setup -> Advanced -> Integrated Peripherals -> Onboard/Integrated VGA/Video

Set it to [Disabled]

Even if those instructions aren't exact, that should get you pretty close to where you need to be.
