PCtel HSP56 MR 2.20-9K modem, drivers needed !

I recently got winxp installed (again). I cant seem to find the drivers for my modem however. PCtel home page points to connextant and I cant find anything usefull there. Can anyone help me out ?

Ive had this problem awhile and as soon as I posted it, in about 10 min of surfing I found the *(&^% drivers.

OK new problem... everything works great. Then I notice all my browser pages are loaded, but there is still some activity on the two little monitors on the tray icon for my dial up connection. So I close Opera, and its still up/dowloading. What is the deal. I ran ad-aware and got rid of gator and the like but its still uploading. A lot. About twice as much as I download. I wouldnt mind but all the pages load at like 0.5kb per second. Any suggestions ?
