Max USB cable length?

What is the the maximum length a USB, 1.1 or 2.0, can be? I remeber reading it somewhere at one time but i cant remember. Lets say it will be coming from a USB hub, powered, to a printer.

From the specs, USB 1.1 cable can be up to 10 feet (3 meters)
A USB 2.0 cable can be up to 15 feet (5 meters)

However, you can connect these segments with up to 5 powered hubs. (So, USB 1.1 maximum is 50 feet, with 5 hubs, and the USB 2.0 maximum is about 90 feet, with 5 hubs connecting each segment)
