im curious if anyone has taken a lappy LCD and used it with a regular DB 15 vga video card....
i have a 15" LCD id like to use on a pc mod i have going on....anyway it could work?

apperantly you need a the controller card or something like that... also have been told that if you dont have the lcd controller card, it costs $100-$200 (aka not worth it)
but supposedly it can be done, if you have the right stuff
hmmm...i have the controller card for it, but its on the laptop mobo....would i be able to use that or does it have to be some specific controller card?

yes this is not an easy thing to do I was hoping to meet an electrical engineer who lives near me to help me do this (this is way beyond my abilities) but i do have an LCD monitor from a laptop. Now if i could find one of the kits that guy is talking about now i would go for that........
