xerox m760 won't print
 

hi everyone i'v heard that you guys are the best,so here is a little prob for you,about a week ago my xerox m760 started to print very dull, so checked the inks they seemed ok , but i change them anyway,still the same,tried to clean a lot of times ,no good,replaced the inks again,now it will go through the clean cycle but will not print a sample,nor if i try to print from the computer.it is not queued waiting,it is not flashing any lights ,it seems that it thinks it is in fact printing,if i try to print even the power light flashs as it should do,i'm thinking it might be the print heads,and if you guys think that,then i think i'll throw it away as they will cost 20% more to replace then it cost to buy the printer 2 years ago, ? get the idea xerox do not want there printers to be repaired ?
