Monitor Windows Sharing?

I'm looking for software with which I'd be able to monitor the traffic to my server via Windows Sharing from my taskbar. It's rather a pain to go into computer management whenever I want to see who's logged on and what they're doing. Running Windows 2003 Server...

Make a desktop shortcut to: FSMGMT.MSC
