This is something you'd probably get a better response from one of the other categories. Processors and Overclocking doesn't really fit your request =)
Well, first thing is double check your documentation and make sure you have the correct type of memory modules bought for your board, and that you have everything setup correctly.
Then, if you don't have any memory diagnostic programs, you might try taking one of the modules out, and leave only one of them in (in bank 0). Power up your machine a few times, and see if the problem still persists. If it does, take out the solo module, and replace it with the other one. Do the same for it. That would help you narrow down as to whether or not it was a bad module. If you find that the problem doesn't exist with one or the other in, the module in question would most likely be bad.
There are a number of free memory diagnostics programs out there that allow you to boot from a floppy and run either simple, or thorough testing. Try one of the download sites, or just do a Google on the subject.
Make sure you have the latest BIOS revision for your Mobo too.
Either than that, I can't really offer much help, sorry =) Post your question in one of the other forums like 'Technical Support' or 'Motherboards', and ask a moderator to remove this one... or I guess they can move it... I'm not sure really.
Anyway... good luck!
