Overclocking a ECS L4VXA2 Motherboard help

Hi, I have an ECS L4VXA2 motherboard with a 2.4 celeron. (BIOS 1.1c) I overclocked it to a 2.8, but i can not get it any higher without stability issues. The CPU voltage regulator setting is at +6 but the cpu core voltage is the same. Is there another way to raise the CPU core voltage so I can hopefuly get to 3 ghz?

Thanks alot and any help is appreciated!
