Sony CD Walkman D-EJ361 Probs!

Well, i just burned a cd, and it wont play in this cd player. Its a new player, so its not a cd player problem. But, when i play 3 other burned cds, they dont play either. Instead, its like they're trying to play, but theres alot of skipping, so i only get 1 second of music per 5 seconds, and its very skippy. I burned the cd with Easy Cd and DVD Creator 6.

Help?

What kind of CD-RW do you have?
What type of media are you using?
Have you tried dropping the burn speed down?
Have you tried burning those CD's in any other player?

Don't ever assume that a new item will work 100% of the time.

BTW, this would be better off in the Multimedia & Audio forum.

What kind of blanks do you have? I've had the best luck with black ones, sometimes the others just didn't always play.
Could it have built in copyright protection so you can't play a burned CD?
I've had that problem many times with many cd players.

Is this a CD-CD burn or hard drive-CD burn?

<EDIT> They also use Roxio Easy CD Creator 5; not 6 </EDIT>
