can u load Win XP on new machine with a license and a recovery disc?
Win XP recovery disc and a license, can you load on a new machine?

Or do you need a full OEM or full Retail version of Win XP?

Win XP recovery disc and a license-> these are setup with all the hardware drivers for the original machine....

Dell recovery cd's for example will ONLY work on another Dell. It does a check of the bios...
