Abit IS7 Northbridge problem

This is the second time this has happened. I have an Abit IS7, and it has the new heatsink on the northbrigde. The metal loops that hold it in keep popping out. I had to RMA the first one, and it took more than a month to get back to me. Just today, I was checking email, andf heard a little ping in my case. I look through the window, and sure enough, the loop popped out. The heatsink is still attached, and im running it like this, not experiencing any problems, but I can't just leave it like this. What can I do?
