mIRC problem

You have to add the username of the person you are recieving from as a security precaution.

The command is /dccallow. Use it like

/dccallow +UserYouAreDLingFrom

So if you are recieving a file from SoBetty177, you type:

/dccallow +SoBetty177

then dl your file.

did that work silverburn? you could choose yes or no to receive the source. make sure its from someone you know. reject any dcc send from someone who are a stranger to you coz it could be a source that contains virus or exquisit content.

Go to Options, then DCC and press automatically accept on both of them. just search around in the options and you will find it.

Options -> DCC ->

click on the Truted button

check the "show the get dialog for non-trusted users"

Or just turn off the DCC ignore and uncheck the box that says turn ignore back on... File... Options... DCC selection in the box..... Folders... DCC Ignore area... Set to Disabled and uncheck the box that says Turn ignore back on in XXX minutes. Unless you do what it to ignore again.
