Need Networking resource

hey all,

I need your help in finding a good book for Networking.
Something in the intermediate to advanced level.

It would be nice if the book was not too expensive, funds are kind of low.
Also something fast to read, and hopefully not boring which would put you to sleep in a couple of pages.

Thanks for the help.

Man if I could find a woman like that I would be consider my self the King of Man.

But I need an more advnaced then intermediate book, and it would own if I can get through it in a relatively fast pace. Some of the books out there are so full of bloaded information, that its like reading 3-4 books in one. Or reading the same information over and over when you go from one chapter to the other. I don't mind that, since it get stuck in my head, but it gets repetitive and you start to nod off when reading.

I don't think there is a one book that coveres everything in networking, I have 4 differant books right now and the biggest one is tcp/ip unleashed, which is a very small thing in networking but also is the most important and has the most to learn, then there are other parts to it too, like caleling whitch is even another class, so I really don't think one book will cover it all.

I am a moron.
Figures you work 6 days out of the week and your brain stops working.
What I am currently looking for is two things:
one is system administration, pref for Windows environment, but I would like to take at Unix too.
two is router and switch configuration, I know most are Cisco, but I would prefer to look into others too.

Sry for the confusion.
