Take the motherboard out of the case, place it on a decent flat-soft surface (a phone book will do) use 1 stick of RAM, (Seat that RAM module down GOOD!!), a different video card if available, no keyboard or mouse..no other hard ware at all. Connect the PSU to the motherboard, be sure it is set to 115 volts on the back of the PSU...have the CPU and fan connected..and if the manual says to connect the cpu fan to a certain motherboard header..then it must be connected at that certain header. Short the two pins where the case switch is normally connected to with a small screw driver or some small metal object to turn the PSU on. With the monitor connected to the video card...see if the system will POST. Let us know the results of this.

A poll?

Testing outside if the case is a good idea.

Sounds like RAM to me. Also try clearing CMOS according to instructions.

P.S. Posting in ALL CAPS is a netiquette violation. It makes you appear to be yelling. FYI.
