Can someone tell me the file for Norton Antivirus 2004 that virus definitions are stored as? I have a computer with Norton 2004 up and running fine and have another computer with Norton on it along with some virii. I think the virii are preventing it from live updating. Is there a way to copy them from my other computer to the one with them outdated.
Has your update subscription lapsed?
They recommend:
If Subscription Service displays an "Error" status, uninstall and reinstall Norton AntiVirus.
Or contact them to update your services...
