Systems random bsod's

Hello all..

I've been having a problem with my win2k machine for a while now. And I just wanted to present it to anyone out there who might have some sort of idea what's wrong.

For a while now I've been getting random BSOD STOP errors at random times giving me random files and such.

I've gotten KMODE exception errors, Not less than or equal errors, page fault in non paged area errors, and they happen at least once a day, usually more.

I'm running a celeron 1700 with 512 megs of DDR on a P4VMM2 motherboard.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. I've done what I could think of including re-installing windows (not a clean install).

Thanks.

Are you overclocked? That is a common symptom.

Also, try disableing stuff in your tool tray to the bare minimums and see if that makes a difference.

If not, I suspect a hardware problem. Try re-seating your cards and if you have two sticks of memory, try one for awhile. While you are in there make sure your fan is working properly and your cpu is seated tightly. Vacuum the dust out (if any ).

Also, if you can try borrowing another power supply to try for awhile.
