could someone please splain?? i have no idea what this means.

i m trying to create a login account on a website and when i hit " submit" i get this message.

it means your browser's privacy settings disallow per sesion cookies!
what browser your're using?
for IE is:tools/IE option/privacy/advanced/enable per session cookies
