If it's for advertisement, certainly not. If there is something on the site you would like people to view for a valid reason then sure. Like if you want people to take a look at your site to see what they think or how you can improve on it.

As long as you're not selling, or advertising something, and it doesn't contain a lot of adult material, you should be okay.

For instance, if you want an opinion on how your site looks, that's cool. If you're trying to recruit people for your own site, or sell things, that's not cool.
