making cd-roms

Is this the language I need to learn to make my own cd-roms, and bootable disks with installation programs? Know what I mean, with the nice little menu interface that pops up and lets you install a program, or browse the cd, etc..... If so, anyone got any tuts to point me in the right direction?

There stuff is decent.

Try using autoplay. It sounds like thats the one you need.
