Winfast Tv2000XP wont install on my COmputer

My video capture card wont install on my system. I think it might be a conflict with DX 9b?? The system detects the hardware but cant find the necessary software even with the install disc inserted!!! Help. Ive tried customer support to no avail. Went through a 20 something step process. waste of time. I had the card working before direct X 9b. More specific? Ive tried to locate the drivers myself in the install wizard. and of course the setup.exe on the disc. whether the card is defective all of the sudden im not sure

So, what's your question? Could you be specific about what you have and what you've tried?
Well, I can see you edited your post with a little bit more info. Have you run the setup.exe program on the disc? I've installed several of these with no problems.

I installed mine without a hitch. Went step by step just like the instructions show that came with it.
