you can set one up with webcam2000 and a html page. thats what i did ^^

webcam2000 puts out a feed on a port you choose. you set the page to refresh every X seconds and <img scr="addressort"> and you should be good to go

^___^ last i checked webcam2000 is free. or i think it is.
http://stratoware.com/webcam2000/ should do it ^^

if you need the refresh code i can hook you up. i had to ask to get it for mine.

Webcam2000 isn't bad

Its a good basic program to learn how to display a webcam over the internet. The refresh rate max is 1 second so its not as fast as mine which does 2-5 frames per second. woops am I allowed to say that?

Of course you have the other problem of getting your IP address from another location so you can either check your IP Address every day or pay your local ISP for a static IP address or get an IP updated like the one at http://www.directupdate.net/ Hmm, was I allowed to say that? not sure.

And if your behind a router you need to make sure your ports are opened that you specify in webcam 2000. I have much more helpful information on that but can't put the link on here because I don't want to get my @$$ kicked off the message boards.

Mr.Squrill never stated if he wanted a over time one or a multi frame one.

how i have it setup is with a 10 second delay or you can just mash the refresh key and get the 1 per second or whatever. plus my ip dosn't change. and the server is on my lan so it works nicely.

and i think if you pm'd the mod you can prob get your post back or something. i didn't think it was that spamish. but it might have been read that way.

heck if Squrill really wanted there are web based ones. my logitech cam came with a 30 day trial wich i used about 1 day of. beacuse it was lame. there are options, it just depends on what you want.
