i don't know what i did but every time i click on a link the window come up very small any help would be appreciated merv

Close all but one window. Size it to the way you want, then close it. Open again and it should stay the size you just closed.

If not, go down to one window again, resize, hold the CTL key down while you close w/ the "X". Again, open IE and it, and all other windows should be the same size again.
