No Picture

I just built another computer from the parts I have laying around... I have a Jaton 32mb GC but when I put it in I have no picture. So I put in a GC that I had from an older computer. The GC is from 1995 so it isn't very good but it is working

Anyways the Jaton card is AGP and when I put it in by itself I don't get any beep codes that say it isn't working right so I think the card is good. Any Ideas on what I could do to test it??

Who made that motherboard, and what chipset does it have? The reason being is that if it's an AGP 8x motherboard, and that video card is only AGP 2x (does it??), it won't work. 8x mobos support 8x and 4x, not 2x or below.

Also...is the video cable plugged in???

I made a post about this type of situation. What you do is you must make sure that all auxillary power is plugged in. So that molex connecter on the top right of your mobo by your dimms need to have some power.
