In need of a console command (counter strike quickswitch)

I used to use it and it saved my butt a lot of trouble with nubs that rush you on a reload after you take out 2-4 people, anyways I can't remember the command to get it to work I know it's simple but I reinstalled CS and lost the command in the shuffle and it's been buggin me that no one will help me out. Hope people are still into CS even with MP2 out lol.
