Fast Use Switching Broken

The other day I was messing around with the group policy editor in XP and now I seem to have managed to broke Fast User Switching ( at least that's what I think caused it) Basically if I have a user logged in and try to switch to another account I get the following message

userinit.exe failed to initialize properly. press ok to close
and it has the following error code 0xc0000142
(the error code means a program did not properly initalize {alot of heklp huh?} )

oh BTW this is XP pro... any ideas? I changed too many things in gpedit.msc to know which one actually broke fast user switching...

update....

S.D.Willie ~~Tried turning it off and then back on hoping that would fix it no luck....

Did figure out tho that the admin accts can log in and out just fine using fast user switching, it's just user accounts can't. I think I may have an idea of where I goofed now..

update 2....

fixed it foudn the problem.. but basically due to the underpinnings of fast user switching using terminal services. it appears that users appear to be connected from the network if there is another account logged on.

in group policy editor. I went to Local Computer Policy >> Computer Configuration >> Windows Settings >> Security Settings >> Local Policies >> User Rights Assignment and edited the setting of " Access this computer from the network" to include the users grouop... oops... simple mistake simple fix but hard to find....

What you need to do is run "services.msc"...then you can go in and look at each service and you can click on "dependencies"...that will show what "depends" on what...in other words if you cut off certain things it will automatically cut off other stuff that "depends" on the thing you cut off.

I accidently disabled the firewall like that...so I had to check the properties of the firewall to see what the firewall "depended" on..and sure enough I had cut one of those things on.
