I recently got the Sims Superstar expansion pack. I have the regular version of the Sims and no other expansion packs. I installed the Sims superstar. When I tried to start the game however, it first caused my computer to restart.
I tried the game again, and this time recieved a blank screen while it was doing all that stuf at the beginning. (Calibrating personality matrix, etc...) It then went to the neighborhood screen, but when I chose a house to work with, the house view opened up on top of the game, or I was completely unable to open a house and the program would just close.
Does anybody have any ideas what the problem would be? I tried to install the game on my boyfriends computer and it worked fine. He checked my computer and all of the system requirements are fine.
