Honestly, though, you can NEVER go wrong with ordering from a company like Newegg. For an Abit IS7 (Springdale 865PE chipset) and a 2.6C retail P4, you're looking at 274.99 USD including shipping, but not tax.
That same board with a 2.8 retail P4 is a total of 313.99 USD before tax. Either way, Newegg has some of the best prices out there, and there's no need to sacrifice service or risk getting nothing at all from a shady retailer. You may save a buck or two elsewhere, but I'd pay a little more for piece of mind.

It's a good board, with plenty of connectivity options and all sorts of built in goodies. However, whether or not you need all that depends on you.
