No; if you can get a motherboard with an 875 or 865 chipset; those are the best ones for overclocking

Additionally, check their resellerratings

not very good; try newegg.com or zipzoomfly.com or a more reputable retailer

Send a message via AIM to Droppyale Send a message via Yahoo to Droppyale
I would stay away from that company, it has bad reviews on resellerratings.

Well, wht don't you give us some sort of idea what kinds of features you want on the motherboard, and how much you're willing to spend MAX...

Honestly, though, you can NEVER go wrong with ordering from a company like Newegg. For an Abit IS7 (Springdale 865PE chipset) and a 2.6C retail P4, you're looking at 274.99 USD including shipping, but not tax.
That same board with a 2.8 retail P4 is a total of 313.99 USD before tax. Either way, Newegg has some of the best prices out there, and there's no need to sacrifice service or risk getting nothing at all from a shady retailer. You may save a buck or two elsewhere, but I'd pay a little more for piece of mind.

Motherboard: http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduc...ion=13-127-155

It's a good board, with plenty of connectivity options and all sorts of built in goodies. However, whether or not you need all that depends on you.

Here's another good Springdale board, this one from Asus, and it costs a few bucks more.

One quick reminder for everyone old and new at TechIMO.com looking to buy new hardware. Check your resellerratings before you buy from a new dealer, every time! You just might save yourself a huge headache.

That one from Tufshop is bundled with a P4 2.6C CPU with HSF.

EDIT: It's not a retail processor, though. So, who knows what HSF they bundle it with...

Another EDIT: Huh?!? Check out this option...

Peace of Mind - Upgrade to 512K Core - Northwood Core for Latest Generation of Processor [+$17.95]

Apparently, this site is not above taking money from people who don't know much about what they are buying...

Do not do business with them. There are much more honorable resellers out there.

Those that shows the best prices on pricewatch are usually the shady ones (poor ratings). Ignore them and go with the reputable ones like newegg. It's worth a few more dollars for a peace of mind.
