FX 5200 Ultra or FX 5600 Ultra?

I just upgraded my rig and am in the market for a new video card. I am upgrading from a Visiontek GEForce 2 GTS 32 MB DDR. I am not into heavy gaming but can see a future in moderate gaming at most. I can snag a PNY FX 5200 Ultra at Best Buy for $80 (with rebate) or a BFG FX 5600 Ultra for $114 (with rebate). Are these nice bumps from the Visiontek card? Is it worth the extra bucks for the 5600? Any other card suggestions?
